-What days are we operating?
We’re operating Monday – Saturday

-How much notice is needed to place an order?
We require a 48 hour lead time.

-What times do we make deliveries?
We deliver Monday – Saturday from 8am until 5pm.

-Do we have a delivery charge?
Yes. $14.95 via flat rate shipping.

-Do we ship our products outside of Las Vegas?
We currently do not, but stay tuned.

-Do we deliver outside of the city of Las Vegas or Henderson Nevada?
We do not. We only deliver if the address is in the city Las Vegas, NV or the city of Henderson, NV

-Do we offer local pick-up?
Yes. You have an option to pick up your order at our sister location (CupKate’s at Tivoli Village) for free.

-What happens if nobody is onsite at the delivery location to receive the order?
If no one is available to receive the delivery upon designated delivery time, the order will be taken to our sister location and the sender/ recipient is responsible to pick it up within 24 hours.

-Do we deliver to Hotels and Casinos?
Yes. However, our hotel and casino delivery policy is to meet the gift receiver in the lobby or leave the gift at the Bell Desk under their name/ room number.

-Food Allergies
Our Bakery Products May Contain Allergens: Egg, Milk, Peanuts, Soy and Tree Nuts
